Welcome to Stewardship Ministry
Recognizing that our Time, Talent, and Treasure are gifts from God intended to be used to serve Him, the Gospel, and one another, we commit to living a stewardship way of life. We commit as well to helping St. Justin Martyr Parish become the stewardship parish God intends it to be.

Stewardship As A Way of Life.....
A Christian steward receives God’s gifts gratefully, cherishes and tends them in a responsible and accountable manner, shares them in justice and love with others and returns them with increase to the Lord.
A true understanding of stewardship begins with taking care of and sharing the gift of time. Planning a careful schedule in order to have the time to work, rest, play and to pray, is vital in the stewardship of our physical, emotional, and intellectual lives. How we spend our time is perhaps the clearest indication of our progress in a life of Christian discipleship.
Stewardship of the gift of talent means nurturing, developing and using the God given abilities and characteristics that help define who we are as individuals. Most of us know what it means to give away our precious time, but what does it mean to be good stewards of talent?
True stewardship is taking care of and sharing all that we have and all that we are..., our time, talents, and treasure. Money and all the things we possess are gifts from God that we are asked to care for and generously share for our own benefit and the good of others.
Give and it shall be given to you. (Luke 6:38)

Stewardship Prayer
Jesus, I give my whole life to you,
I thank you for creating me, dying for me, and rising for me.
Please give me a spirit of service and love so I can pour out myself for
others as you did for me.
In gratitude, I offer myself to you, asking for the grace
to keep You first in my heart.
Help me to use everything You have given me to serve You, my parish, and
all those around me.
Amen
